Here are a few we’ve considered:\n\nInnovative ideas excite us, and we wanted to try something different for our industry.\nRecent research points to a rise in productivity with a four and half-day week and we think this is a ‘win-win’ for us and our clients.\nThe people factor – we believe that our team will thrive and be happier and more engaged at work.\nWe are looking to become an industry leader in areas of social wellbeing, environmental care and agile working environments. We must live it!\n\nIn a world where we all seek balance and there are increasing demands on our time, a more focused work week makes sense. We believe this fresh approach will help our talented team find better ways to deliver our services. But this doesn’t affect the nature of the services that we provide. We are set to move to a four and half-day working week, kicking off on March 5, 2021.
