COVID-19 BUSINESS INFORMATION

As you will be aware, the Covid-19 pandemic is causing major disruption around the world and is hugely challenging for all of us.
On Monday our Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced that New Zealand would move by 11.59pm Wednesday to COVID-19 ‘Level 4’.
At Balance we fully understand and agree with the measures to curtail the spread of the virus in New Zealand. Health and safety is paramount for us as it is any New Zealand business.
Accordingly, and in full compliance with the governmental requirements, our office will be closed from Thursday 26th March until it is advised that we are safe to return to the office.
All of our staff will be working from home throughout the period of level 4 alert and will be available to you via phone, email and other contact methods. Below are the contact details for Partners and Senior Staff:

While Level 4 is in place there will only be ‘essential services’ available, we anticipate a number of our clients will be classed as such but, likewise, business and life will not stop completely for all of us so we are available to assist in any way that we can during ordinary business hours.
We wish our clients the very best of health, safety and mind during this coming time of Level 4 COVID-19 Alert – we look forward to returning to our office to conduct business as usual (or close to it) soon.
Regards
The Balance Team.
